How to Place an Order

We accept: American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa credit and debit cards. You may also pay with a Personal check or Money order denominated in U.S. dollars.

Ordering options

1. Order and Pay entirely online using our SECURE SERVER (the fastest method) Shop throughout our online store and place the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart. Remember, you may change the quantity of any item in your shopping cart, as well as remove it completely, at any time.

When you have completed all of your shopping, simply fill out and submit the online order form including your credit card number and expiration date, plus all the necessary billing and shipping information. You will then receive an Order Confirmation Number to which you can refer. Be sure to include your daytime phone number and E-mail address so we can contact you if needed with any questions regarding your order.

Order by Phone with credit card: If you do not have a "forms capable browser" or you do not wish to order online using our SECURE Transaction Server, just give us a call at: 951-318-6372 - Monday-Friday: 9:00am -5:00pm Pacific Time. If no answer, please leave a message. Note; we may be in the field or helping customers when you call. We will call you back no later than the next business day.

Note: Please have your completed order form in hand when calling.

4. Order by Personal Check or Money Order: If you prefer to pay with a Personal Check or Money Order you may do so. After placing your desired purchase in your shopping cart simply complete your order and print. Fill in your check number in the last field and click on the "Complete Your Order" button, print and mail your order form along with your Personal Check or Money Order made payable to WG Sjostrom Co.

Cancellations

An order cancellation request must be received before shipment for a full purchase price refund. If an order cancellation request is received after shipment the customer should refuse the package when delivery is made. Refunds (less shipping and handling) are processed once the refused package is returned to WG Sjostrom Co. Refunds are processed within seven (7) business days by the same method as order payment. WG Sjostrom Co. reserves the right to cancel any order at any time.

Personal Checks

Orders paid by personal check will be shipped after 10 business days. All returned checks will be charged a $25 USD return check fee. Counter checks will not be accepted.

Return Policy

We will grant an exchange or issue a refund for the full cash price (less shipping and handling) within 90 days of receipt. After the first 30-days of receipt, you must contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization prior to returning any merchandise. After 120 days, we will no longer grant an exchange or issue a refund. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
